Ginger Amaretto Sour | Weekend Cocktail

I stumbled on this stunning drink over the Summer the night we celebrated our 13th wedding Anniversary. The mix of ingredients was so amazing that it's officially knocked my all time favourite cocktail - the Negroni - off the top spot.  It's syrupy sweet, yet slightly tart from the lime juice, with a winning hit of fiery spice from the fresh ginger syrup.
