Eggcellent Easter

Like most Sundays these days Easter started early; with two bowls of porridge, a bowl of Rice Krispies and an hour later sausages with ketchup. With three boys I'm a constant preparer of food!

I hope you had a great weekend. We were barbecuing in Wexford for my Dad's birthday in what turned out to be a glorious day in the Sunny South East. If Dublin's climate was the month of May it would be the best country in the world!
